NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Martin)

CITY of CHEWELAH

At its regular May 2007 meeting, the Council of the City of Chewelah motioned to proceed with the proposed annexation request of Carla K. and J. Kelly Martin of  the following property located in Stevens County, Washington:

                E ½ of the SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 12, Township 32N,  Range 40E W. M., Stevens County, Washington

A public hearing by the Chewelah City Council is scheduled for:

DATE:                                    Wednesday, April 2, 2008                                        

TIME:                                    7:00 PM

LOCATION:                          Chewelah City Hall, 301 E. Clay

The public is invited to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the proposed annexation.
