                              SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 22, 2007

Officials in attendance were Mayor Clancy Bauman; Councilmembers Carra Nupp, David Haskell, Sharon Ludwig, Harvey Savitz, Barbara Mowrey, and Roberta McMillin; City Administrator Curt Kelling; 

Absent:  Councilmember Greg Rolstad, City Attorney Pat Monasmith and Clerk/Treasurer Pamela McCart

The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM.

·        Workshop included discussion of the following:

o       Library

o       Planning

o       Insurance Programs:  Medical and Liability

o       Public Works Salary Distribution

o       Police Staffing and Facilities Issues

o       Parks:  Staffing and Capital Projects

o       Utility Billing and Collection Process

o       Burn Ban

o       Flowery Trail Road

The Mayor adjourned the meeting at 12:30 PM.
