Intergovernmental Agreement for Joint Use of the Stevens County Small Works Roster and Vendor List

PUBLIC    NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Chewelah has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement for Joint Use of the Stevens County Small Works Roster and Vendor List as provided for in RCW Chapter 39.34.

The Small Works Roster is for possible use in awarding public works projects with a value of less than $200,000.  Contractors interested in being placed on the Small Works Roster must submit a completed application to the Stevens County Department of Public Works, 185 E. Hawthorne, Colville   WA   99114.  Or call 509-684-4548.

The Vendor list is for the purchase of materials, supplies or equipment not connected to a public works project in an amount between $7,501 and $15,000.   Vendors interested in being placed on the Vendor List are directed to write to the Stevens County Commissioners, Attention Nettie Earnhart, 215 South Oak   Room 214, Colville  WA  99114.  Or call 509-684-3751.
